🍷  Have you read the D1 chapter thoroughly, made detailed notes on it and recited it to yourself over and over again, but you STILL find it hard to remember it all?

🍷 Or perhaps you feel confident with the content, but you are still unsure as to whether or not you will answer the questions well in the exam?

🍷 OR…maybe you’ve already passed your D1 exam, but you could really do with a refresher to prepare you well for the D3, D4 and/or D5 modules.

🍷 Maybe you’ve even passed your WSET Diploma already and are now doing the MW, but could really do with a refresher on wine production, with the expertise of two MWs to guide you.

If any of the above describes you, you are NOT ALONE. Although the D1 textbook is really comprehensive, it’s very technical and it can be hard to make it come alive, especially if you’ve never worked in the production side of the wine industry.

These challenges are exactly what Anne and Jasper’s Viticulture and Winemaking Course are all about.

In these classes, we cover:

👉🏻 Strategic tips for approaching D1-style exam questions

👉🏻 Key concepts of wine production (we can’t cover them all, but we will focus on the trickiest according to student and examiner feedback!)

👉🏻 Real-life examples from Jasper’s decades of experience living and working in the heart of Burgundy as well as meeting wine producers all over the world.  These will help the content come alive for you!

🍷  Many of the concepts covered will have application across exam questions for the WSET Diploma D3, D4 and D5 modules as well as for the Master of Wine theory papers.

Praise for the D1 course

‘This WSET 4 Module 1 course provided exceptional clarity on viticulture and vinification thanks to the expertise of both Anne and Jasper. Jasper shared deep, real-world knowledge on key production topics, while Anne offered highly practical exam strategies that helped me approach the material and the assessment with much more confidence. Their combined teaching made complex concepts understandable and directly applicable to both the exam and my overall wine studies.’

Violaine Chavagneux, Diploma student from France

‘It’s been a month since I took the D1 exam, but wanted to say how helpful I found your course.

I have been hesitant to shell out the money for this because the certificate already costs a small fortune and I expected your level of coaching to be the part of the WSET program itself. But alas, that’s not the case.

I did feel a bit let down by my provider, so I decided to go for your course.

And it was so refreshing!

Next to the invaluable insights with chosen topics in live sessions (which I re-listened to two times – always something new to hear!), what I appreciated most were the WSET style questions. Especially the ones that required you to apply knowledge from different chapters – those were really useful study guides. Honestly, they should be part of the textbook!

Yours and Jasper’s enthusiasm for sharing knowledge is really palpable, really appreciate your #nogatekeeping approach. You made a really good team.

I’m also very grateful you researched my super niche question about intracellular fermentation; I didn’t think it was relevant for the exam, but it had been bugging me for a while for some reason and then I was like “hey, now I have two MWs there, now’s a good time to ask”” 🙂 Thank you, Anne!’
