By accessing and placing an order with annemchale.com, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Anne.
Under no circumstances shall Anne McHale Master of Wine be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials in this Challenge, even if she or an authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Anne McHale Master of Wine will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.
Payments, once taken, are final. If you are based in the EU or the UK you are entitled to a 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period during which time you are legally entitled to request a refund as long as you have not accessed any of the materials. If you have accessed the programme at any point, which Anne’s team can track, a refund request will be denied.
You may not at any time copy, reproduce, record, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way any of the materials provided by Anne. Anyone sharing or distributing access to the materials, or the materials themselves, will be in violation of the agreed terms, and Anne reserves the right to ban them from this programme and from joining any future programme.
Any presentations used in the sessions will not be distributed electronically afterwards.
