Anne McHale Master of Wine’s Study Programme Terms & Conditions

•You acknowledge that Anne’s coaching is not endorsed in an official capacity by WSET or the IMW and that her opinions are entirely her own.

•You acknowledge that Anne’s coaching is an add-on service, not a replacement for being a registered student at an Approved Programme Provider, and you confirm that you are signed up with a bona fide Diploma APP/the IMW.

•Anne will share with you the tips which led to her own success, but you acknowledge that your success is dependent on your own commitment to your studies.

•Any private sessions must be redeemed within the time-frame stated on the registration page, if specified.

•Access to Diplomatherapy® and other Diploma programmes are time-limited as per your email confirmation when you signed up. Further access may be purchased afterwards at a special retainer rate – please contact Anne for further details.

•Participants paying in instalments do so on the understanding that each instalment does NOT represent a monthly membership fee but is part of the full cost of the programme. We offer participants the opportunity to split the cost interest-free out of goodwill due to the current challenging economic circumstances, and in return we trust our members to pay the full cost. Anne’s team will offer a grace period for any missed payments and will then de-activate the member’s profile until full payment has been made.

•Diplomatherapy® is a group programme, and as such Anne will not answer individual queries by email. Participants who wish to have queries answered on any aspect of WSET Diploma or Diplomatherapy® should post them in the group forum where Anne will aim to reply within two working days, work and/or holiday schedule permitting.

•Payments, once taken, are final with one exception. If you are a consumer (i.e. not purchasing for business purposes) based in the EU or the UK you are entitled to a 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period during which time you are legally entitled to request a refund corresponding to the value of the live elements of the programme or class(es) as long as you have not yet used or accessed those services (e.g. live masterclasses or accountability check-ins). No refunds will be issued for having gained access to any pre-recorded content as this is instantly accessible. In the case of Diplomatherapy®, 50% of the value is assigned to the live services and 50% to the pre-recorded content so a maximum of 50% would be considered for refund. If any form of refund is issued, your account will be de-activated and your access to all content revoked.

•You may not at any time copy, reproduce, record, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way any of the materials provided by Anne. Anyone sharing or distributing access to the materials, or the materials themselves, will be in violation of the agreed terms, and Anne reserves the right to ban them from this programme and from joining any future programme.

•Anne may record any or all of the materials being delivered during your attendance, including comments made by attendees. You authorise her to make use of such a recording in future without payment or need for further consent.

•Any presentations used will not be distributed electronically afterwards.

• Participants must not upload, input, or otherwise submit any Diplomatherapy® or Anne’s other Diploma or MW coaching materials, including but not limited to written content, recordings, presentations, or proprietary frameworks, into any artificial intelligence tool or system for analysis, processing, reproduction, or derivative use without Anne’s prior written consent.

• Participants agree that, for a period of 24 months from the date of joining, they will not create, market, or deliver any paid coaching, teaching, or training programmes that substantially replicate the structure, content, or proprietary methodologies of Anne’s Diploma or MW coaching services.
